What Is A Funko Grail?

A Funko Grail is a term used in the Funko community to reference anything expensive or hard to find These items can be something from a Limited Edition Convention Exclusive to a Rare Vaulted Common Pop!

Opinions often differ when it comes to Grail status. And Pop Collectors Alliance has put them into different levels.

Entry Level Grails
These are often hard to find, recently vaulted and limited exclusives. These Grails range between $40-$70.

Non-Common Grails
Very difficult to find. Have been vaulted for a fair amount of time and are quite popular (ie Funko Shop Exclusives). Prices range between $70-$150

Super Grails
Pretty hard to locate in person. These have been Vaulted and were released in limited quantities. Prices ranging from $150-$500

Holy Grails
The big doozer. These are the gods among Grails. Always impossible to locate, and always vaulted with limited numbers. Prices range from $500 to over $10,000

Personal Grails
While these aren't really classed as grails, a collector might define a piece in their collection as a Grail due to the high sentimental value.

Cost: $13,300

The most valuable Funko Pop is the glow-in-the-dark Alex DeLarge Clockwork Orange Funko.

The main difference between this version of Alex DeLarge Clockwork Orange and the standard versions is that he isn’t holding his cane. It’s such a small difference but does add to its increasing value.

Now, unlike other Pops on the list, its estimated value of $13,300 is pretty legit, as others have reportedly sold on eBay for around the $13,000 mark, back in 2016 and 2017.
