Promotional Code Terms & Conditions

When you redeem a promotional code here at Pop! Daddy, we want to be as clear as we can, so we have added some notes of consideration.

These terms and conditions apply to those promotions where you must redeem a promotional code as part of the offer.

• The promotion will have a set time and date and expiry. We reserve the right to modify or cancel it at any time.
• You can only use one promotional code
• The promotion will only apply to qualifying items. Those items will be mentioned with the promotion.
• Promotional codes can not be used against pre-orders.
• There are no promotional codes that coincide with gift voucher purchases.
• The promotion binds itself to what is advertised.
• If there is a minimum spend on a particular promotion, it is only for the products. Taxes, or shipping and handling charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
• The promotion applies only to orders shipped to the same address.
• The promotion is non-transferable. This means it cannot be resold or redeemed for cash.
• If you return any items purchased with a promotional code, you will only receive what you spent. This may be in the form of a cash refund or a store credit. This is up to Pop! Daddy to speculate.
• You can only use one promotional code per transaction. You cannot combine promotional codes together.
• Limit one promotional code per customer.
• Pop! Daddy reserves the right to void the transactions where prohibited.
• If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid, and the promotional code discount will not apply.
